چکیده
Fluorescent bio/chemosensors are widely used in the field of biological research and medical diagnosis, with advantages non-invasiveness, high sensitivity, good selectivity. In particular, luminescent bio/chemosensors, based on lanthanide nanocrystals (LnNCs) a second near-infrared (NIR-II) emission, have attracted much attention, owing to greater penetration depth, aside from merits narrow emission band, abundant lines, long lifetimes. this review, NIR-II LnNCs-based bio/chemo sensors summarized perspectives mechanisms luminescence, synthesis method LnNCs, strategy luminescence enhancement, sensing mechanism, targeted category. Finally, problems that exist present discussed, future development trend is prospected.

متن کاملRecent progresses in the development of Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors
Introduction The ambitious physics goals of the CBM experiment call for unprecedented performances of its vertex detector, as well in terms of spatial resolution and material budget as for read-out speed and radiation hardness. Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors (MAPS) are considered as candidates for this application as they already demonstrated an excellent spatial resolution (~1.5 μm) and a low...
متن کاملRecent advances in the chemistry of lanthanide-doped upconversion nanocrystals.
Lanthanide ions exhibit unique luminescent properties, including the ability to convert near infrared long-wavelength excitation radiation into shorter visible wavelengths through a process known as photon upconversion. In recent years lanthanide-doped upconversion nanocrystals have been developed as a new class of luminescent optical labels that have become promising alternatives to organic fl...
متن کاملRecent Advance of Biological Molecular Imaging Based on Lanthanide-Doped Upconversion-Luminescent Nanomaterials
Lanthanide-doped upconversion-luminescent nanoparticles (UCNPs), which can be excited by near-infrared (NIR) laser irradiation to emit multiplex light, have been proven to be very useful for in vitro and in vivo molecular imaging studies. In comparison with the conventionally used down-conversion fluorescence imaging strategies, the NIR light excited luminescence of UCNPs displays high photosta...
متن کاملpH sensor based on upconverting luminescent lanthanide nanorods.
The pH sensor exploits the phenomenon of upconversion luminescence and is based on a hydrogel matrix containing (a) nanorods of the NaYF(4):Er,Yb type that can be excited with 980-nm laser light to give a green and red (dual) emission, and (b) a longwave absorbing pH probe that causes a pH-dependent inner filter effect.
